This dwarf version of the often seen balloon flower grows to only 8” tall and has full-size, large bell-shaped blue or white flowers in summer.   Grow in sun to part shade in deep, fertile, well drained soil.   Nice container or front of border plant.  Hardy to -20 degreees F.   Campanulaceae
