Fine textured, feathery grass with thin, silver flower spikes in summer. 2’ X 2’ Grow in sun, in well drained, poor soil with low water. Hardy to 10 degreees F. Gramineae Mexican Feather Grass tends to reseed but seedlings are less likely to survive if grown in poor, dry soil, making it a good plant for the dryland garden.
