Fine textured greenish gray grass that looks something like a mop of hair to us.  Lovely dense flower panicles in spring.  Nice compact size to 12” X 12”  Grow in sun to part shade in well-drained soil.    Drought tolerant.  Found in woodland and grassland habitats in Australia.  Hardy to –10 degrees F.  Poaceae

Native to the Pyrenees Mountains.  Poaceae
