Himalayan Maidenhair Fern

Lovely, lacey green fronds with black stems to 12" high. A slowly creeping groundcover, it is decisious in colder climates. Grow in partial sun in moist, humus rich soil. Does not tolerate drought. Can also be grown as a houseplant. Hardy to -20 degrees F. Pteridaceae

Japanese Painted Fern

This very handsome fern produces clumps of 12-18" long fronds of metallic silver-gray foliage with maroon mid-ribs. Grow in morning sun to full shade in moist, humus rich soil.
